The project aims to rehabilitate the Irqah Hospital in Riyadh and transform it into a fully integrated cultural center under the name "Arqa Creative Arts Lab," to be a pioneering platform that embraces artistic and cultural creativity locally and globally. The Lab will provide an integrated environment that brings together design, arts, and the natural environment, through the establishment of the first specialized lab in bio-design, which fosters innovation and connects the arts and the environment.
